Constipation is a bad omen for good health. You are suffering from constipation if your bowel movement is disturbed and the waste materials don’t completely flush out from your colon. So to remove these unwanted toxins & waste material that gets accumulated in your colon, one should have colon cleansing food. This way you can get rid of the toxins without causing any harm.

  1. Try drinking 500ml of cold (not icy cold) water as soon as you wake up every morning, before you brush your teeth! We accumulated a lot of healthy enzyme (amilase) in our mouth over the night sleep.

    Eat yogurt too. Doesn’t have to be the Activia yogurts either. All yogurts do the same thing to help keep people “regular.”

    Prune juice can help us deal with our constipation, it is a natural laxative. Try taking 1 glass of it in the morning when your stomach is empty.
